Every adviser who appears in your search results is someone who specialises in mortgage borrowing and providing advice to those seeking a mortgage.

Yes. All advisers who are listed on our site are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Additionally, all of the advisers on Adviser Match who provide later life borrowing advice are members of the Equity Release Council, a trade body that represents the equity release sector.

Each adviser will have their own advice fee structure and this is something that you will need to discuss and agree with your chosen adviser. We do not set or get involved in the setting of fees for advice as part of this service as this is a personal matter between you and your adviser.

No, absolutely not. Adviser Match is a completely free service and you are under no obligation to proceed even if you use the service to search for an adviser.

As we expand our Adviser Match service to include more and more advisers, our aim is to have a complete, nationwide coverage. But don’t worry if there isn’t an adviser close by. Many advice firms will offer telephone or online client meeting options for those who live in more remote and inaccessible parts of the UK.

Every advice firm will have their own customer complaints policy and the process for dealing with complaints is something that is closely regulated and monitored by the Financial Conduct Authority.
