The Customer Learning Zone has been set out in a clear and understandable way to enable you to either take each module in order, or if you prefer, to dip in and out of specific categories.

Each Topic will take around three minutes, each Module 15 minutes and the entire course around 75 minutes. This does not have to be all in one go and you can return to any topic whenever you like.

It starts with an initial quiz so you can gauge your current knowledge. Then there are the five modules, each of which has four or five topics.

A short quiz at the end of each section will let you know how you are progressing. At the end of the Modules, a final quiz will show you how your knowledge has grown and identify any further areas of learning.
