Why Join Advice Guru?

By joining the site as an Advisor, you get equal access to all the leads that come through ‘Advisor Match.’
You choose whether you want to receive leads from your local area, from the wider county, or from the whole country.

This is the only website which enables Consumers to learn in the way they choose (Watching Videos, Listening to Audios, Reading Downloads or speaking with an Advisor). The learning has been created based on the most popualr questions asked on Google.

The Starter Learning Zone covers the main points about the three most recognised forms or lending for over 50s: Equity Release, RIOs and Mortgages for over 50s. The Advanced Learning Zone covers all six areas of the lending process for Consumers to learn about.

By opening a Free Consumer Account, visitors to the site have the opportunity to save their learning. This can be useful for them to revisit, share with family or friends, and when they are ready, share their learning to date with their Advisor.

This was not an initial intention of Advice Guru, however as the site has developed, we have been told this is a useful benefit. When Consumers approach an Advisor, they are able to share their Advice Guru Advanced Learning Zone account details to demonstrate the learning they have completed so far. Advisors can then check and test the knowledge and fill in any gaps.

A unique feature of the website is the Client Account. This enables clients to watch, listen and read all the information they want. By saving it, they create a resource to return to or share.

The Advanced Learning Zone starts with a 20 question Quiz. This is designed so that Consumers can discover their existing knowledge level. They can then complete any of the learning Modules that they choose. Consumers can then redo the test to see how they get on. If they like, they can even download a certificate of completion.
